The work is an attempt to offer the viewer a clue or comment to the themes of the everyday, the trials, tribulations and struggles people go through in their desires to win, achieve and progress.
Using a broad range of media including sculpture, film and performance the work focus is on the thin threshold, which, divides collapse and grandeur. By playing with subject matter the work reveals the friction between actual everyday life and social expectations. The sculptural works take the form of theatrical compositions portraying a playful look at the world. There assemblage is casual unforced and poised, appearing to be on the brink of decline with the strength carefully hidden.
